God Strong

When it comes to contacting and tapping into an eternal life, if God doesn't intercede in your life and bring you to the reality that He is greater than your human abilities, you're in trouble. The best thing that can happen in your life is that you can have contact with God and He comes after you and grabs hold of you and He says to you, "I'm God, and you're not. I'm gonna show you that you need me! Because if I don't, you're gonna continue on in your life, doing it your way."

Listen, trying to make my way through life on my own strength is useless. God loves us so much that He is going to move us from scheming and self reliance to believing and total dependance and reliance on Him. Stop thinking, "How am I going to get through this?" And start thinking, "God, how are You going to get me through this?! Because Your strength is much greater than mine and I need to tap into it." Paul learned the greatest lesson we can learn: when I am weak, when I run out of my self reliance and my natural abilities, and I come to a roadblock, and I come to the end of myself, it's now that God has an opportunity to turn and for me to find the strength I never knew I had. No more Darren strong, no more Darren reliant, today I am 'God strong' because I am God reliant.
