Passage: Matthew 22:1-13
'But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;' [Romans 3:21-22]. Wow, what a deal! Here is the trade that Jesus makes in our life. When we come in sincere belief and trust in Jesus Christ, all of our evil rebellious dirty life is given to Jesus, and His sinless, spotless, perfect life is ascribed to us. When He said, "You must be perfect just as your father is perfect" did He leave us in a helpless state to achieve that? No! He gave us the perfect life of His son! We're perfect as He is perfect!
